it has come to our attention that some members don't have nice things to say about other members and it has been posted in some threads which have now been deleted. Please don't do this as it is not nice to read, if you do have a problem please discuss it with Andrew

also remember that this is a public site and people do view it and we don't want to send out that all everone bitches and it sends out a negative feeling to old and new members
